We’re excited about this full rebuild and update to a Ski Chalet at the base of Blue Mountain that was ready for a refresh! We`re adding a new 2,400 sqft addition, including a new great room for about 4,000 sqft of upscale “Ski Chalet” finished living space once completed. We are currently at the framing stage, but wanted to share our inspirational visionary image as well. Stay tuned!
We recently renovated this fabulous Georgian Bay waterfront classic cottage. Working along with interior designer Rebecca Houston of Caliber Design, our team completely transformed this 2,100 square foot 1960’s cottage for our clients. This included improving the design and functionality of all the interior living spaces to bring a space for relaxation in the beautifully designed living spaces. The sauna is a special touch!

Peak Living`s Commercial Division is proud to have been the lead general contractor for this brand new 8,500 sqft commercial grocery store/cafe project! From initial planning, through architectural design, engineering, permit applications, framing and all infrastructure installations to final finishing, it’s been a great experience!
