Market Street

With our Market Street Project, we were tasked with converting an existing residential century home in downtown Collingwood into a beautiful office. While there were some challenges in making this a fully functional, up to code commercial office space for our clients, Peak Living was a there to bring it all together. The house required a full interior demo, structural modifications and installation of beautiful new finishes to an older building frame. Our experience in retrofitting older buildings and giving them new life helped us with numerous issues that required complex problem solving . Clients are very happy with their custom office space, and are looking forward to many years of providing community services at this new location.
