This project located at the base of Blue Mountain Village was completed in December 2022 just ahead of the busy Ski Season at the resort. The project started in August and was completed in 4 stages to accommodate significant village pedestrian traffic in some of the spaces during the renovation, allowing resort to operate during renovation. The works included the full reconfiguration and design of the Activity Central Building to host three retail stores as well as resort rental services.

We`re adding a new 2,400 sqft addition, including a new great room for about 4,000 sqft of upscale “Ski Chalet” finished living space once completed. We are currently at the framing stage, but wanted to share our inspirational visionary image as well. Stay tuned!

Working along with interior designer Rebecca Houston of Caliber Design, our team completely transformed this 2,100 square foot 1960’s cottage for our clients. This included improving the design and functionality of all the interior living spaces to bring a space for relaxation in the beautifully designed living spaces. The sauna is a special touch!
