Located near the base of Blue Mountain, we enjoyed transforming this original Viceroy home to meet their vision. We also added an inground swimming pool and backyard landscaping, with new cedar decks for their enjoyment. All new and beautifully designed living spaces.

We’re excited about this full rebuild and update to a Ski Chalet at the base of Blue Mountain that was ready for a refresh! We`re adding a new 2,400 sqft addition, including a new great room for about 4,000 sqft of upscale “Ski Chalet” finished living space once completed. We recently renovated this fabulous Georgian Bay waterfront classic cottage. Working along with interior designer Rebecca Houston of Caliber Design, our team completely transformed this 2,100 square foot 1960’s cottage for our clients. This included improving the design and functionality of all the interior living spaces to bring a space for relaxation in the beautifully designed living spaces. The sauna is a special touch!
