Working with designer “Samantha Richardson- Build Design”, we transformed this ski chalet home and updated with modernized finishes. Located near the base of Blue Mountain, we enjoyed transforming this original Viceroy home to meet their vision. We also added an inground swimming pool and backyard landscaping, with new cedar decks for their enjoyment. All new and beautifully designed living spaces.

We’re excited about this full rebuild and update to a Ski Chalet at the base of Blue Mountain that was ready for a refresh! We`re adding a new 2,400 sqft addition, including a new great room for about 4,000 sqft of upscale “Ski Chalet” finished living space once completed. Working along with interior designer Rebecca Houston of Caliber Design, our team completely transformed this 2,100 square foot 1960’s cottage for our clients.
