Condo Renovation

Completely renovated at Dawson Drive Collingwood. This was a one bedroom, one bathroom ground floor condo. The renovation incuded gutting and removing all existing finishes & fixtures. The existing concrete ceilings were strapped and drywalled to facilitate the installation of pot lights throughout. The bathroom was completely upgraded to include a new bathtub, tile surround, toilet & vanity. The fireplace was refinished to include a beautiful custom made live edge mantlepiece. Luxury vinyl plank flooring was installed throughout. A brand new kitchen was also installed which featured quartz counters, white cabinets, breakfast bar & tile backsplash.
