Snowbridge Estate

Peak Living fully renovated this exquisite “Grand Georgian” style home in the Snowbridge Estates neighbourhood of Blue Mountain. Our clients wanted more of an open concept living area and structural changes were required to accomodate. We were able to remove walls and posts to create a more useful interior space. We also converted two existing bedrooms into one new large primary bedroom and primary ensuite. Exterior work included new decorative trim up high on peaks, new railings with updated posts and beams, new windows and full exterior painting.
