11 Rooms Renovation

This project really excited us. We were able to maintain much of the original architectural features of this century home while updating to current standards. This was a full renovation in the central Collingwood area, plus we added an addition to the existing home. Our clients purchased this building as a business venture to convert this existing low rental 11 room rooming house into an upscale E-Hotel status. Plans included, 11 new washrooms and renovations of 11 bedrooms, all common areas, as well as common area meeting rooms with kitchens, etc. for a new concept, self check in, E hotel.
